Order Processing + Shipping

Order processing time:

Your order will be processed in 2-7 business days. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated, if you require your item for a particular date, please inform us in your 'order notes' prior to purchase and we will do our best to accomodate your requirements. Once your order is processed and on its way, DHL estimates a 2-5 day delivery window. You will receive an email and text from DHL with a tracking link and delivery estimate once your package has been picked up, please ensure you keep track of your item and any updates from DHL. Tracking and monitoring delivery is the responsibility of the customer, and Kikovintage bears no responsibility for parcels after they have been shipped. 

Order tracking: 

Please ensure that you enter the correct address at checkout as this is the address your item will be shipped to. If there is an error in your address please contact us as soon as possible so we have the best chance of helping you to organise a change. 

Once items are shipped you will receive tracking information via email and tracking alerts via text from DHL EXPRESS. Please check your junk mail if you have not received an order update within 7 business days, as emails occasionally end up there - or reach out to us via email if you have any concerns. 

Shipping and delivery:

We offer worldwide shipping through DHL EXPRESS. 

DHL Express Domestic shipping (2-5 days after shipment) is $25 AUD flat rate. 

DHL Express International shipping (3-10 days after shipment) is $48 AUD flat rate.

If you have purchased more than one item, Kikovintage will ship your goodies for free.

Rates are inclusive of signature on delivery and all Kiko’s shipping is carbon-offset to minimise harm on the environment. Packaging is made from recycled and sustainable materials. 

Once your item is out for delivery, you will be able to manage your delivery preferences through DHL - please ensure you monitor and self manage your delivery options to suit your preferences. Please contact DHL if you have any concerns. 

All packages are shipped with a signature required upon delivery unless specifically noted. This is to ensure safe and secure delivery of your Kiko parcel. If you request us to ship without a signature for delivery, you assume responsibility for any/all missing packages. If the item cannot be delivered and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible to pay to have the item re-shipped. 

Delivery Delays

Please note that shipping/delivery can be delayed for reasons beyond our control. Your patience is appreciated. Should you have any concerns please reach out to us via ari@kikovintage.com Shipping windows are estimates only, provided by DHL, and subject to change.

Kikovintage is not responsible for goods once shipped. Shipping times for international deliveries vary dependant on package destination and items. 

International Taxes and Duties

You are responsible for all duties and taxes on your order – if you have any concerns regarding import fees, please reach out to us prior to placing your order.

Please consider that some countries may restrict their borders to international mail, or may experience postal delays and supply chain issues.

Please keep this in mind if you are an international customer and be certain that shipments from Australia will be accepted by your customs officials prior to purchase.
